Thane Miller, RA, LEED AP

Thane is a real estate investor, asset manager, and registered architect who graduated from Ball State University with a degree in architecture and environmental design. He began his career with a focus on high-performance, sustainable learning facilities that promoted collaborative learning through experience and design. After the completion of numerous LEED certified schools in the northwest he transitioned into public service. Early works in the public sector included a Green Globes certified critical facility, several Green Globes certified energy delivery buildings, and strategic planning initiatives targeting environmentally sensitive and sustainable redevelopment plans for regional federal energy and transmission complexes. Thane currently manages a regional federal redevelopment program, including leading a transition in federal procurement methodology from predominantly design-bid-build to progressive design build.

Christie Perrott

Christie is a portfolio manager and real estate investor, leading ecotecture’s business development activities. A purpose-driven executive, Christie spent two decades in sales, marketing, and client services roles within high-tech, mobility, energy, and CPG working with some of the world’s leading brands. She served an instrumental role in shaping the sustainable transportation and energy efficiency markets, achieving market transformation for Energy Star in the northwest US and pioneering mobility services globally within moovel, a Daimler R&D lab. She spearheaded two of the northwest’s first net zero homes with St. Jude Children’s Research hospital and shaped myriad private-public partnerships and demonstration projects. Christie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, Marketing and Decision Sciences from Western Washington University.
